Post!  This was at the start of the Auxiliary Training.  Many more

showed up after we got started.

Auxiliary Training:

Sister Meim was in charge of the training where we discussed 

the 2013 Philippines Area Goals:

1. "Feast Upon the Words of Christ: for behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what ye should do." (2 Nephi 32:3)
2. Strengthen Families:  *Family has daily prayer and scripture study.  *Each has own set of scriptures. *Family fasts and pays offerings and each pays a full tithing.
3. Establish the Church:  *Increase the number of active Melchizedek Priesthood Holders. *Increase Sacrament Meeting attendance. *Increase the number of temple recommend holders.
4. Save the Rising Generation:  *Increas the number of Young Men serving missions this year. *Increase YSA attendance. *Increase the number of Young Single Adults marrying in the temple.
5. Rescue the One:  *Each member rescues at least one member this year and prepares them to go to the temple. *Every ward council prepares and maintains 15 name for activation by members for missionaries to teach.

My part had to do with "Nurturing the Returning One":

In other words, "What are they coming back to?"  Will they be well received?  How can we, as auxiliary leaders help in seeing that they have a friend there, that they will feel needed and a have a way to contribute, and that they will be nourished by the "good word of God".  I had the Zone Leaders there contribute a part on my presentation/discussion.  They did a great job telling the missionaries perspective on what the auxiliaries could do to nurture the less active members that they are reteaching and bringing back to church.
